PRIVACY POLICY
1. Data We Collect
We collect only the minimum information required to provision your account and verify your license: your email address, display name, PBKDF2-SHA256 salted password hash, Stripe customer reference ID, and an irreversible SHA-256 hardware fingerprint (HWID) used for single-workstation license verification.
2. Payment Processing
All USD credit card and payment transactions are processed directly by Stripe over 256-bit TLS encryption. AetherCore never stores raw payment card numbers or CVV security codes on our servers.
3. Audit Logs & Security
Sensitive account events—such as sign-ins, password updates, HWID resets, and subscription changes—are recorded in an immutable security audit log so you can monitor account integrity from your Customer Dashboard.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You may request complete account and telemetry deletion at any time via the Support Tickets center or by emailing privacy@aethercore.gg.
